Brand awareness campaign to support our National sponsorship of TVNZ's The Block NZ. The campaign included short form video content deployed in pre rolls, in-store takeover, digital and gamification.

We were looking for a way to enhance our campaign, increase customer engagement and ultimately grow our customer-base, marketing to the viewers of "The Block NZ".

The solution: a social media campaign through Facebook, accompanied by a competition based 'Pita Pit Playhouse Game' that would enter players into the draw to win both larger rewards that were related to DIY renovation, as well as smaller food rewards to drive customers in-store.

The results: the game reached over 40,000 unique players and achieved a 96.8% completion rate across 70,810 plays over a month-long campaign duration. With the average user replaying the game multiple times, the average user clocked in an outrageous 22.5 minutes of brand engagement.

Facebook related posts received a total of 346 likes, 370 shares and 159 comments, with the most frequent comment being “Addictive!”.

What was originally a campaign based on brand awareness grew into a brand loyalty campaign purely through the addictive game associated with realistic rewards.
